are you like me...

... and still have your Christmas tree up? I can't let go. Nothing saddens me more than seeing a tree out for the trash the day after Christmas. Those people have no soul.

Mine goes back in the box on Dec. 27 and not a moment too soon!

12 days of Christmas. I also feel free to claim even more time using Old Calendar Christmas math. My neighborhood association loves me... being able to see the tree from the front window.

Angela.... gasp! Souless.

Ours is still up, and I'm not sure when it is coming down. Probably either this weekend or next.

Like you, no one in our home really wants to see it go.

There were some trees out so early the day after Christmas that I sincerely wondered if their owners spent the night of the 25th taking them down. Blech...

I started the dismantling on Tuesday but still haven't removed the lights and the angel on the top. (I'm waiting for a taller, more agile daughter to help.) I might have left it up a week longer but it is becoming a bit...crisp.

Mine's still up, and will be through Sunday at least. It is still Christmas, after all.

RIGHT, Fr. D!

Hi, first time posting a comment on your blog, but I stop by quite frequently.

Mine's still up and will be till at least Sunday. I guess it will be up for at least a month when all is said and done. I try to celebrate Christmas the whole season, but I am ready to take down all the decor.

Mine is still up. But it is artificial (comes from my Grandmother, a family heirloom).

Mine's still up. I think I'm going to take it down soon, but I'm reluctant to--our tiny tree, the garland of beads too big for the Christmas tree that ended up decking the fake palm instead, and the Nativity scene all look so cheerful.

I took ours down on the 8th...trash pick-up was the next day and it was last day of pick-up for Christmas trees in our town. I always leave ours up till Epiphany.

Mine gets taken down on Epiphany (the real date not the transfer to Sunday)
