Deeeear Crescat, I don't have that problem because I don't go to bed until 2 am. I do, however, wake up at 5 am to do what most middle-aged men have to do . . . Blessings from Minnesota - 17 and snowing.

I can commisserate with you on the insomnia. It drives me crazy some nights--that and restless legs syndrome.

Poor Kat, I do hope it goes away. Mine isn't seasonal and every day I wake up at 4.30 and stare at the clock till it's time to get up for the First Hour at 5.30. Total pain.
