If you return home with orange and blue thread and skin under your nails, we'll know something went awry. Or according to plan. Only God knows. ;-)
The Swiss guards are so cool! Last March when we were in Rome, we did the Scavi Tour under the Vatican. To get there you have to kind of go around the one colonnade and tell the Swiss guards who you are and where you're going (and show proof that you're allowed to go there.) So anyway, I walk up to them (in full tourist regalia) and they SALUTE ME. Wow.
LOL! Jail would be so totally worth it . . .
You know the saying about a good friend bails you out, but a best friend will be sitting beside you saying 'D#mn that was fun!'?Who's going with you to Malta? Remember to take photos!
Lola... I don't have a travel companion for the Malta part of the trip, at it is still up in the air and contigent on several factors... the main one being monetary. The Italy part of the vacation is the only one so far I am committed to. For that I do have a travel companion. Why? You wanna go to Malta with me? :-D
I'd love to go, but I'd have a lot of 'splaining to do when I call for bail money.
Suggested pick-up line: "Is that a halberd, or are you just happy to see me?" :)
M- and I am a sinner, what's your point?
