God gave you wings to soar high ...

... so why then, little bird, did you decide to dive bomb in front of my moving car this morning thus ending your life while obscuring my view in a plume of feathers, cracking my windshield and making me serve off the road and almost crash?

Why.

I think they dare each other to see how close they can get without being hit.

If you’re feeling like a bag of fertilizer because of rejection and life gets to feel unbearable, know that every heartache is known and felt by our heavenly Father and maybe, just maybe, He sent a sparrow created for this very purpose to remind you of that.

Lk 12:3-7 “Are not five sparrows sold for two small coins? Yet not one of them has escaped the notice of God. Even the hairs of your head have all been counted. Do not be afraid. You are worth more than many sparrows.”

And if the death of a little bird touches you, what more of His Only Son. You have a son so you know what it will take to give him up. But even if you had been the only one, he still would have died for you – Kat. He is your personal Savior. Know that you are loved.
