a happy discovering...

... I can succesfully pass off sleeping at my desk as the act of prayer.

I learned in chapel there can be very fine lines between mental prayer, meditation, contemplation, and deep contemplation w/ rhythmic breathing, devout head nodding and occasional visions. Now that's what I call "centering prayer".

The trick is to say "Amen" before you open your eyes. Gets them evey time.
