I hope he's pleased with his daughter's blog! Best wishes!
It can't be any worse than my mother-in-law being on FaceBook. Unless, of course, he decides to follow all of your followers and then leave ridiculous comments on their blogs like my mother-in-law does on FaceBook.
Owen... I sooner die. Karen... yes, I endure the embarrassing FB comments as well.
I had one before my (31 year old)kids did. They've dropped out, I'm still going. They are embarrassed everywhere they go because Orthodoxy is a small world and well, a lot of people know me on the www. They haven't unfriended me on FB yet but they do delete some of my comments. If my daughter had a blog like yours I'd be one proud dad.
I put a tribute to my dad on my blog for Father's Day. He didn't read it. :) He's pretty low-tech, which is fine by me. My mom is considering getting on Facebook because now we young'uns know about family get-togethers before she does.
