Therese Z I've heard that you can tell what a Domminican has been eating for the past week by the stains on his habit; boy am I glad that the Carmalite Habits are dark brown and that the Fathers of Mercy wear an adapted Cassock.

A Nashville Dominican Sister once told me they use lots of bleach...esp. for spaghetti days:<)!
And yes, black and grey do "hide a multitude of sins"; tried white habits a LOOONG time ago.
Too much washing/bleaching...

I know the Norbertines very well, and know each of these four seminarians by name. They're truly magnificent! Haha and i know for a fact that they carry around Tide stain remover pens with them!
