supporting Catholic businesses...

... every year I try to make the majority of my purchases for Christmas from Catholic vendors or religious communities. It's important that we give them our support. I hope you will take a moment and visit one such company. Family owned and operated, Trendy Traditions, sells some really unique handmade rosaries that can be personalized. Melanie & I have exchanged a few emails and we both share a strong love for the rosary because it has played significant roles in each of our lives. She has a genuine desire to see this devotion spread.

So, check her out and from now till December 1st blog readers can receive a 15% discount off their entire order by using the coupon code, thecrescat.

Thanks for posting about this site. I just ordered my nine year old a hot pink and zebra rosary that I know she's going to go nuts over.

Thanks for supporting the Catholic stores. We have a family owned Catholic book and gift store in Nashville, TN (St. Mary's). If you're ever close, come by. We have four floors. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Could you suggest a store where I can get patron saint's medal? I'm looking for St. Martin of Tours since my husband is going into the Army National Guard.

Hauntingsacristy - lots of places sell St Martin medals - check the link below:

If you don't like these just google search and you'll get plenty of results. You'll find that most of the medals look alike, the big difference will be pricing.

What a cool shop. I just bought a rosary bracelet. Can't wait for it to arrive.
